Trainer Lechia Gdańsk Tomasz Kaczmarek feels relieved after Witan Sulaeman joined training with the squad nicknamed Bialo Zieloni.
Witan Sulaeman returned to the Lechia training camp in Cetniewo on Sunday (19/6) local time.
The 20-year-old player returned to Lechia after being loaned to FK Senica and strengthening the Indonesian national team at the 2021 SEA Games and 2023 Asian Cup Qualification.
The return of Witan Sulaeman to training with Lechia makes Kaczmarek relieved because he can prepare the next plan for his squad.
“We’ve only spent a little time with him. He spent the fall traveling with the national team and on loan [ke Senica]. While here we are dealing with the issue of increasing the level of players,” said Kaczmarek, quoted from the Lechia website.
“Now he has come back to us so we can see his progress and decide what to do next,” Kaczmarek added.

Witan Sulaeman is not the only player to return to training with Lechia. Defender Kristers Tobers also recently returned to Cetniewo.
“Tobers has been in the team for a long time, we know him well. He is 100 per cent proven and we trust him completely. We just need to talk to him how he feels because now he has played four games for 90 minutes,” said Kaczmarek.
“For him in general it is very good that he is able to beat himself and I hope we can use him soon so he can join in training,” said Kaczmarek continued.
