A dynamic club with many activities

The general assembly of the judo club was held at the intercommunal gymnasium, in the presence of the parents, after the last collective training.

Review of the past year: participation in the start of the school year for associations, the general meeting of the departmental committee, and the SNR national back-to-school course, collective training on each eve of school holidays, organization of open days, a course of a high technical level and kata which brought together nearly 100 judokas, grilled chestnuts, galettes des rois, birthday snacks.

Sports results

Three judokas participated in the regional gradings in Toulouse to acquire points for their black belt: Quentin Batut-Alexandre as a cadet totals 47 points, Mathias Malié as a junior 10 points, Lucas Asperti 100 points (he only has the game left technique to validate his grade).

In minimal, Baptiste Ferouelle finished second in the bi-departmental championship in Réalmont (Tarn), qualified for the regional final in Toulouse; he participated in a minimal competition where his team finished 1st in Aveyron, then in a three-day course.

As youngsters, Gaël Couilhac finished 1st in the departmental championship, 3rd in the northern zone, and in the round of 16 of the Occitanie league in Mèze (Hérault). the mini-chicks and chicks bring back many medals from club galas and the Departmental Council challenge.

As an adult, Dominique Boémo successfully passed the kata to obtain the rank of 2nd dan. He still has the technical part to present to validate this grade.

Formation

Mathias Malié and Quentin Batut-Alexandre, took part in the courses of the 1st level judo school, alongside Roland Girbal trainer and tutor, to obtain the Assistants Club diploma and become teachers. Trophies

Two young people were nominated for their attendance at classes, their sporting commitment and their results: Gaël Couilhac and Baptiste Férouelle who were at league level in competition.

Projects 2022-2023

Registration for the Millau club course, from August 23 to 27; participation in the back-to-school period for associations on Saturday 3 September; resumed on Friday, September 9; organization of a round of the Departmental Council challenge; club exchanges for young people and adults; organization in November of a technical course led by Alexandre Rucel, a club course in Brommat, collective training at the end of each school term, departmental and regional courses over a weekend; sports exchange with the twin towns of Coteau (Loire) and Tauste (Spain).
