BAXI Manresa’s star Chima Moneke, who was the MVP of the last season in the Basketball Champions League, is on the way to the NBA in the new season.
According to the development confirmed by Eurohoops sources, first announced by Sean Cunningham; Chima Moneke has signed with the Sacramento Kings. Moneke will wear the Kings jersey in the new season.
While BAXI Manresa reached the final in the Basketball Champions League last season, Chima Moneke became the star name of the team. The experienced player averaged 13.9 points – 6.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists while being selected as the MVP of the season in the Basketball Champions League.
The 26-year-old player averaged 14.8 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.5 assists in Spain’s ACB, and was at the top of the league in this area with an average of 1.6 steals.
