Ways to return your order:
A MAGAZINE
Free of charge and instantly taken into account in the system with a return to the JD Sports store, whatever your means of payment. All you have to do is take the items and the delivery slip with you. You have a period of 14 days after receipt of the order to make your return free of charge in store provided that the products comply with the conditions of our return policy. It takes 3-5 days for the refund to be made to your bank account.
You have a period of 28 days for an exchange, only for products purchased in store. If you placed your order online, unfortunately you cannot exchange this item in store. However, you can return your product directly in store or via the App.
Via the APP
You can return your order for free using our return platform on the app:
– On iOS: click on “Search” in the menu at the bottom of the application, then click on “Return Product”.
– On Android: click on “Shop” in the menu at the bottom of the application, then click on “Return Product”.
It takes 9 days for your return to arrive at our warehouse plus 3-5 days for the refund to your bank account. Have your order number and your email to identify yourself, then you can choose between several options:
– A return via Collissimo after printing the return form. The return can be done from your mailbox or at a drop-off point
– A return via Relay Parcel without printing necessary but with a QR code. (up to 30 days between return to the parcel relay and consideration in the JD sports warehouse)
Via your own means directly to the return address indicated on your delivery note.
EXCEPTIONS
Pierced jewelry can be returned provided it has not been worn. Your return will be refused if there is evidence that this has not been met. Return Gift card: Gift cards cannot be returned, however these can be reloaded in all JD stores in France.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of the order to make your return to the store, 28 for an exchange, provided that the products comply with the conditions of our return policy. Exchanges are available in-store only for items purchased in-store. Simply take the item you wish to exchange with you to the checkout of your chosen JD store who will be happy to process the exchange for you. If you placed your order online, unfortunately you cannot exchange your items in store. However, you can return your products directly in store or via the App and get a refund.
