The women’s basketball team won gold medal at the Bolivarian Games in Valledupar. The players managed to outperform their Chilean peers 58-33.
The player Daniela González was one of the protagonists for her double points and her experience at only 19 years old. It is worth mentioning that the athlete competes in collegiate tournaments in the United States.
