“Sensational, extraordinary, magnificent year“, these are the first words of Francis Guibert, co-president of the FC Comtal club, who started this general assembly.
Rapport moral
This year the club had 360 members. It is the 5th at the level of the department in number of licenses. This year has been rich in results, but also full of supporters on the sidelines. On this subject, Florence Cayla announced to the supporters the construction of bleachers for the start of the school year.
In terms of results: team one, in R3, goes up to R2 – team 2, in departmental D2, goes up to D1 – team 3, in D4, goes up to D3 and the girls, in departmental D1, go up in regional R2. Enough to satisfy leaders, coaches, volunteers, players and supporters who received congratulations for the good year achieved.
These results reflect the seriousness of the players in training and the investment of each, in his place, in the club.
Financial report
The balance sheet is rather good observes Philippe Ayrignac, treasurer, but “we must create a dynamic because the needs are growing”. Indeed, travel will be further away and fuel costs higher and the club will need even greater investment.
The price of licenses will resume the normal price (after the drop due to covid), i.e. €160 for seniors and €120 for football school. The license will only be sent after receipt of the check.
The soccer school
With 200 children (35 teams), 17 in table football (under 6 years old, the youngest barely 3 years old!), it is a huge breeding ground for the club to feed the senior teams of the coming. “The football school has an exceptional dynamic ” confides Hugo Bouloc, secretary and co-responsible for the football school. The animation has progressed a lot, a lot of training has been followed and “the animators are at the top of the sports education of the children“. The atmosphere is friendly and respectful thanks to them. “The club is good, fair play and voluntary“Outings and activities over the year will leave the children with good memories.
Projects
More training. “ we need quality football and quality trainers “, to create a link, to harmonize the categories, to improve the anchoring in the communes, to communicate better, to create commissions for all the tasks, to energize the animations. A reward was given to three deserving people of the club for their investment: Jesus, a dad and Lola. Magali Bessaou, mayor of Lioujas, was delighted with the success of the Union of the two clubs and thanked everyone for their commitment. Michel Arnal, 1st deputy, congratulated the club and assured them of his support for the projects Marc Guitard declared his satisfaction for this great year and asked everyone to continue their investment so that this momentum continues before wishing everyone happy holidays.
News
The club will have a sports referent in the person of Hugo Arca and on September 24 at 11 a.m., the inauguration of the upper stadium “Josiane Quelin” will take place. Unity is strength, it is said, the clubs of Sébazac and Lioujas are a good example!
