Football on TV? Fans can look forward to a number of novelties

The new season will start on O2 TV Sport on Friday at eight o’clock in the evening, when presenters Petr Svěcený and David Sobišek will offer a special preview. There will be expert opinions, summaries of summer transfers and team analyses. “We conceive the program as interactive, many personalities such as Pavel Horváth, Tomáš Holeš or our experts Jakub Podaný and David Holoubek will speak in it,” revealed David Sobišek, editor-in-chief of the football editorial office of O2 TV Sport.

On Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 p.m., the F:INITO program will conclude the duels with current clips and comments. Traditionally, the TIKI-TAKA show closes the round on Monday. “We have already completed 178 premiere episodes, in which almost 320 personalities from the world of sports, culture and show business have appeared. And in addition to entertainment, it also brings help. For the past season, O2 TV Sport with its TIKI-TAKA show will donate a total of CZK 289,000 to selected charity projects supported by the REAL TOP PRAGUE football team. During the entire filming period, we collected a total of 1.3 million crowns,” said Petr Svěcený, editor-in-chief of the O2 TV Sport station.

“We continue to strongly support Czech football, which we have been broadcasting for the seventh year. Every season, O2 TV invests over 80 million crowns in the production of FORTUNA:LIGA,” said Marek Kindernay, executive director of O2 TV Sport, in a press release for the media.

“Fans can still look forward to technological innovations. We are handling all stations from a modern workplace, which will allow us to produce higher quality of all formats. In the studio, we will present new elements in augmented and virtual reality with 3D graphics, and we will also continue to use the unique O2 TV Cable CAM camera system,” he added.

In August comes a new communication campaign focused on O2 TV, which also includes the main ambassador Petr Čech. In the online environment, he will be complemented by ambassadors Makhmud Muradov, an elite UFC wrestler, or Karolína Plíšková, currently the fifteenth best tennis player in the world. The experienced hockey forward Vladimír Sobotka then became a new face.
