Laporta has responded to the criticism he is receiving for the signings in this summer market

Gary Neville has been a trend throughout this week for the tweets he has been publishing with criticism of Barca, specifically about the decisions of the team in the transfer market. This Thursday, the Catalans made the signing of Jules Koundé official, something that has not made the former Manchester United player particularly excited. The former Valencia coach has ‘faced’ the criticism of a Twitter user, and has ended up stating that the Barça club does not pay the corresponding money neither to players nor to workers, and that “Barça is a disgrace for its great name”.

Neville responded to the tweet published by Barcelona in which he made the arrival of the French defender official: “Do you know you won’t get your full salary if they want to get rid of you?” to which one user responded by saying, “My guess, Gary, is that you wouldn’t mind if De Jong didn’t get paid if he wasn’t linked to United“. The former English footballer denied it completely and replied: “I don’t really care if he signs for United or not! However, he has highlighted a situation that has always fascinated me: Employers/clubs make fun of workers/players and don’t pay them their fair share.”

The former United footballer has assured that the club is a “desperate with a debt of 1,200 million pounds“, in addition to saying that De Jong has to go to justice for the situation he is experiencing at the moment. He clings to the idea that Barça does not pay all the money it owes its players, and that from the Barça entity are spending “fortunes” on new players is something “immoral and an infraction”.

Not only Gary Neville is criticizing the signings of the Catalans, and Laporta has responded to the criticism: “That they do not get involved, that they worry about their own. From Germany they have speculated a lot about the new additions, and the Barça president wanted to sentence: “Comments from Germany? I would tell them to look at their checking account, that important money has come in because of Lewandowski.”
