The balance sheets
From the end of September 2021, a club cohesion day was organized with a friendly tournament and a pair draw followed by a picnic. October 9 and 10, October 11e Brax’minton welcomed a hundred players and the 2e Black’minton night on May 14 and 15, 89 paying entries and around twenty young people. Four youth departmental tournaments were offered this year: (double tournament on December 5 in Marmande, February 6 and May 22 in Nérac and single tournament on March 27 in Brax). As for the adults, regularly on Tuesday evening, internal tournaments with the drawing of lots for the pairs made it possible to mix these pairs and offer an aperitif to complete this convivial moment.
The balance sheet is almost balanced at the end of the season. The amount of expenditure amounts to €14,614, the main items of expenditure being League dues, the purchase of supplies (steering wheels), club meals and the exceptional purchase of a new stringer. The amount of admissions amounts to €13,080, with the main entry items: licenses, Brax tournament (registrations, tombola, refreshment bar), the sale of shuttlecocks and jerseys, the sale of the old stringer. The club receives subsidies from the department (€860), as well as from the town hall (€1,800).
