CHIARI – GSA Farco Chiari closed the first part of the competitive season with the summer camp organized from 4 to 8 July and with the Grand Prix held in Chiari last weekend. The GSA Summer Badminton Camp open to young people aged 8 to 14 saw the participation of about thirty girls who lived a week of activities that included badminton training alternated with multidisciplinary motor activities. The coaches Alice Capuzzi, Chiara Passeri, Giorgio Gozzini and Massimo Merigo they always proposed the activities in a playful way, finding great enthusiasm on the part of all the young athletes.
From 9 to 10 July the Clarense club organized the tenth edition of the Grand Prix Farco “Città di Chiari” which saw the participation of 92 athletes from 20 clubs in northern Italy. GSA Farco, with its 20 participants, achieved good results by climbing 18 times on the podium with 4 golds, 5 silvers and 9 bronzes. The 4 victories were won by Chiara Passeri in the feminine singular, from Lucia Aceti in the women’s doubles which is repeated in the mixed doubles paired with Giorgio Gozzini and yes Daniele Segato in the mixed doubles under 15.
They got on the second step of the podium Diego Scalvini in the male double, Cristiano Bosetti in the double under 13, Emma Falchetti con Giorgia Bettinzana in the double U13, Luca Serina in the mixed doubles U15 e Martina Beccari con Lucrezia Chittò in the double Juniores.
GSA Farco reached nine third places with Falchetti in the women’s singles U13, Sawn in the men’s singles U17, He left in the women’s singles and in the Juniores mixed doubles, Ester Pezzoni con Lara Torresi in the double juniores, Beccari in the junior mixed doubles, Federico Facchi con Serina L. in the double U17, Mauro Bellotti con Rebecca Serina in the mixed doubles U15 e Nicholas Casari con Bettinzana in the mixed doubles U13.
All clarense the podium of the promotional category of the Under 10 with in order of placement Veronica Torresi, Luca Tabaglio e Beatrice Serina.
