The new creative, who comes to support the work of David Silva, revealed details of his arrival and departure from Deportes Tolima, which was not as simple as it seems.
“I requested the departure from Tolima, due to everything that happened, we had already been champions of the League and Super League with the team, we played four or five more finals, I also went through the cruciate ligament injury, which was a difficult recovery I approached the directives and let them know my feelings and that of my family. A good deal was reached with Millonarios, so that Eduardo Sosa went there and I arrived here, “said the midfielder in a chat with Blu Radio.
The decision was clear, but the destination could not be any one: “I was not going to go anywhere, because as a player you have your expectations. I expected a big and competitive team like Millonarios. I had already got a name for myself later of winning titles with Tolima,” said the man from Antioquia.
And then, the difficulties: “When I make the request that I want to leave, but Deportes Tolima did not want to let me go free. I tried to shake hands and let me go to find an alternative to play and compete. They stated that They didn’t want to do it that way and an agreement was really reached to come to Millonarios, because they wanted several players from here. Tolima told me that I had the opportunity to go fulfill the contract that I needed with them and that I already arranged my part contract and salary here”.
Meeting the boss was definitive: “Professor Alberto Gamero I have known for a while, when I was in Tolima. I have been adapting to the way of working, because it is different from what I had been doing.
