RWE: Over 9800 season tickets – tickets for Elversberg are becoming scarce

The euphoria at Rot-Weiss Essen is unbroken after promotion to the 3rd division. Before the first league home game against Elversberg, the cards are now running out.

Starts on Saturday Red and white food in the 3. Liga. It starts at 2 p.m. against the co-promoter SV Elversberg. And one thing is clear: If you don’t have a ticket yet, you should hurry.

RWE has now sold 9807 season tickets, and the question of day tickets continues to be high. The club has therefore now declared that advance sales should be used.

Accordingly, tickets for blocks “R2” to “R5” on the Rahn grandstand and “E2” and “E3” on the Sparkasse grandstand are already sold out. Tickets are also no longer available for the WAZ west curve. A few remaining tickets are still available for blocks “R1”, “E4” and “E1” and “G1”.

As for the capacity of the stadium, explained RWE-Boss Marcus Uhlig before the season finale of the last season against RW Ahlen: “The stadium on Hafenstrasse has a net capacity of 19,962 spectators for soccer games. The number of 16,500 can be explained by the fact that blocks G2 and G3 are not available for RWE fans to occupy. Unfortunately, G2 is God has not yet been completed in such a way that it could be released for game operations. And that’s why there is no other option than keeping the entire guest standing room block G3 free for the guest fans.”

For the first time, Rot-Weiss Essen will be offering tickets for the game against SV Elversberg that you can print out yourself. To do this, fans select the default shipping method “print@home”. The tickets will then be sent by email.
