The evening includes a full calendar of events: workshops with sake tasting (with the participation of the well-known sommelier Lorenzo Ferraboschi) and rice (edited by Dario Bertoli e Massimo Biloni); exhibition of Japanese-inspired works of art and sumi-e ink paintings, curated by the expert from Tronzana Ivan Grasso and by the Yamato Cultural Association; manga workshops, traditional masks, Japanese tea tasting; exhibition and sale of Japanese objects; martial arts workshops by Judo Marmar, Naka Ryu Casale 1965 and Karate Aikido.
There will certainly be sushi and, to conclude the evening, the international guest: the master and choreographer of modern “budo” Katsumi Sakakura. His shows, characterized by a personal interpretation of martial arts, where dance and rhythm serve to reveal the essence of Japanese spirituality, have opened important events such as the 2019 Rugby World Cup or the 2020 Olympics. Currently in Paris for a series of mini-performances and conferences aimed at launching a message of peace, Trino and Palazzo Paleologo will be the springboard for his Italian tour. Sushi and sake is not just a Japanese evening but it is a meeting between Vercelli rice and the culture and tradition of the Rising Sun.
