Tennis: Tamara Korpatsch fell ill with Corona after Wimbledon

Hamburg’s best tennis player Tamara Korpatsch tested positive for the corona virus after her departure in Wimbledon and has to sit out sick for the time being.

“I have a high fever, sore throat and the worst headache I’ve ever had,” wrote the 27-year-old from Kaltenkirchen on Instagram on Saturday. You will spend the next few days in quarantine. Korpatsch withdrew her participation in the WTA tournament in Contrexeville, France, which begins on Monday.
