- 3/side x front-back slot
- not chased back and forth
- 6 x arm rotation with rubber band
Circuit #2:
- forward-backward stroke
- 4/side x lumberjack
- forward-backward stroke
- 8 x bungee spreader
RETURN TO CALM
- 5min of very low intensity activity, such as walking, stretching, relaxation or other.

This training was created by the operational entity responsible for supporting Canadian Armed Forces personnel: le PSP. The latter is part of Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Service (SBMFC). Responsible for the administration of Non-Public Property (NPG) on behalf of the Chief of the Defense Staff and the delivery of certain morale and welfare programs, services and activities on behalf of the Chief military personnel.
This workout is only part of the content that is currently offered to members so they can keep physically and mentally fit to help optimize their level of preparation during this public health event. The PSP, present everywhere in Canada with a strong team of specialists, is very proud of the partnership with RDS to promote its mission and expertise in fitness and health with military members but also with you and the general population.
