BOLASPORT.COM – Chelsea FC begins the 2022-2023 Premier League with a new era of ownership under the command of Todd Boehly after a trophy-laden period with Roman Abramovich.
Under the regime of the new owner, Chelsea also seemed to be faced with new challenges and problems.
Thomas Tuchel’s squad looks no longer sexy in the eyes of the target players because several times they have “lost” due to being overtaken by rival clubs in negotiations in the transfer market.
