The traditional club MTV Kahlenberg celebrates its 131st anniversary with a big summer party on Saturday, August 27th and Sunday, August 28th, from 3.30 p.m. at the club complex, Jahnstraße 6.
It starts on Saturday at 3.30 p.m. with chats on the terrace and the MTV festival. Here everyone from Mülheim can show their skill in target and throwing games in a fun six-way battle, even without any tennis experience. Nailing, speed measurement, target throwing, croquet parkour and so on are all about fun and socializing, but of course also about attractive prizes. For everyone, without registration and admission.
MTV Tiebreakparty mit „Pigsty 5“
At 6 p.m. the MTV tiebreak party starts on the club grounds. In addition to a Mediterranean barbecue buffet, the band “Pigsty 5” will provide groovy soul and jazz with a pinch of funk. Afterwards, a DJ will rock the dance floor.
MTV Family Festival on Sunday
There will be a family party on Sunday, August 28 from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The team at the Peter Skalecki tennis school offers all children free trial training, a mini-court cup and a skill parkour. For the little ones there is a bouncy castle and face painting. From 3 p.m., Weitschlag Mülheim eV invites children and young people to a volleyball workshop (similar to baseball) on the sports field.
With live music on the terrace, there is grilled food, a cake buffet, waffles and popcorn for a donation and for a good cause.
