This weekend, it was back to school for high-level athletes from the Lisieux judo club (Calvados) with the Caen pole and Rouen training courses. For this 2022-2023 season, Shin gi tai judo Lisieux has three judokas at the hope pole. That’s one more than last year. The ambitions will not be the same for everyone.

Beginning of competitions at the end of September

Mael Germain, 1st year cadet in Caen, will travel to competitions to learn and why not make podiums. Léonie Caillebotte, 2nd year cadet at the Rouen pole, is back from injury. She will have podium ambitions in national tournaments and participation in the French 1st division championship like last year.

Florian Brunet, 2nd year cadet at the Caen pole, has the same ambitions. He also hopes to join the top 10 of the French ranking list in his category and why not take part in a European cup before the end of the season.

The club is looking forward to the start of the competitions which will begin at the end of September 2022 for the cadets.
