The men’s judo team of the 1st JJJC Lünen starts the national league season with a home fight on Sunday, August 28th in the gym of the Ludwig-Uhland-Realschule in Horstmar.
As champions of the district league in 2019, the team around coach Martin Tatsch has been promoted to the state league. In 2020 there were no fights and in 2021 the league was “alternatively” carried out in tournament form. Here the fighters of the 1st JJJC Lünen surprisingly took the strong second place. However, this tournament under Corona conditions was not a real determination of where we are.
The team consists of their own fighters as well as foreign starters from friendly clubs; the age structure is also mixed and ranges from youngsters to experienced “veterans”. The following fighters are on the team list of the 1st JJJC Lünen:
Martin Tatsch, Sven Kotissek, Kevin Busch, Tim Trittel, Markus Schroeder, Kevin Schäfer, Alexander Stoverock, André Wuttke, Malte Hübner, Thomas Pototzky, Lasse Tatsch, Timo Debelius, Michael Roberts and Christopher Beer (all 1st JJJC Lünen)
as foreign starters were reported:
Leonhard Berndsen (TuS Brackel), Michael Grieger (PSV Dortmund), Hermann Eratz, Daniel Ackermann, Daniel Flender, Jonathan Sagueiro Dudjan (all TSC Eintracht Dortmund), Bado Moschner (CJD Dortmund), Jonas Rütter (DJK 07 Adler Bottrop) and Mark Bieniek (TV unity Waltrop)
On 08/28 the Lüner fighters welcome the teams from Kentai Bochum and the third team from the Bundesliga club Sport-Union Witten-Annen. The start of the fight in the Uhland sports hall is at 11:00 a.m., whereby the fighters and those responsible for the 1st JJJC Lünen would be happy to see numerous spectators and support from the edge of the mat.
The further course of the league for the team around coach Martin Tatsch leads on 10.09. to Iserlohn (TuS Iserlohn, Dortmunder BSV), on 29.10. to Holzwickede (JC Holzwickede II, DSC Wanne-Eickel) and finally on 05.11. to Schwelm (Samurai Schwelm, 1. SC Lippetal).
