The alliance that includes naming Viva Aerobus as the official Mexican airline of the Raiders, will also present a plane with the colors black and silver in the future. The executive recalled the regular season games that the Raiders played in the Azteca Stadium in Mexico City in 2016 against the Texans, and in 2017, against the Patriots, both with admissions of over 75,000 spectators.

The Mexican airline joins Allegiant Air, a partner in USA which has the naming rights to the team’s stadium, which was represented at the press conference by its vice president and chief marketing officer, Scott DeAngelo.

“The NFL It’s growing a lot in terms of viewership in Mexico, so having a partner like that is just huge because there are very few partners that can physically bring fans to Allegiant Stadium,” DeAngelo said.

The CEO of Viva Aerobus, Juan Carlos Zuazua also recognized the importance of this alliance. “The two largest markets, Mexico City and Monterrey, they have a population of more than 25 million and of them a large area is “Raider Nation”. There are many fans who will come to the games,” Zuazua assured.

The manager informed that the agreement includes that the name of the Mexican airline be in the entire Allegiant Stadium and promised that his plane crews will also have surprises for Raiders fans.

“On some of our flights you will see a stewardess wearing the jersey or a helmet of the Raiders. We are a very fun airline, so we like to do different things,” he said.
