Serie D: groups and calendars of the 2022-2023 championship

The Interregional Department has formalized the composition of the groups of the Series D 2022-2023: nine groups, of which A and D with twenty teams with a definitive staff that will include 166 club (pending decisions regarding the position of Giarre, in any case included in group I). Compared to the customs of the Championship of Italy – which also for this season will be the only one on the national scene to embrace all regions, none excluded – the publication of the race calendars will be contextual. The championship will start on the first day on Sunday 4 September. The only exception is group I, which will be postponed to Sunday 18th. Three stops scheduled: 25 December, 1 January and 12 March 2023 for the commitments of the Serie D Representative at the next edition of the Viareggio Cup. midweek shifts, on two occasions they will involve all groups: 21 December and 6 April 2023. The groups of 20 teams will instead observe four other rounds (for a total of six): 21 September and 5 October during the first round, 25 January and 8 February for the return. Finally, focus on the official times: from 4 September it will be played at 3 pm, to pass at 2.30 pm on October 30th. Return at 15 from 26 March, while from 14 May the kick-off will be at 16.
