The project was born from the shared desire to be able to make sport in general and baseball known in our territory through three specific paths:
The project “inclusive sportsman”, Realized thanks to the active collaboration with the social cooperative“ il Ramo ”, which deals with activities? educational-welfare and social entrepreneurship, has seen a path of approach to the game of baseball through steep aimed at learning the rules and playing techniques of the children (disabled) of the social center who have had the opportunity? to train and learn to play baseball with the players of the U15 team and the FIBS technicians of Skatch Boves.
The project “Living the body”, Realized thanks to the support of the parish oratory of the S. Paolo district of Cuneo and the Roero summer sports center of the municipal swimming pools of Cuneo, which through an activity? recreational sport, dedicated to children and teenagers between 6 and 14 years old, did you use the game of baseball as a working method to put young people in contact with the aims? of the project path.
The last part of the project foresees sport in support of female empowerment against stereotypes and gender violence. “Sport ed empowerment femminile“. The multidisciplinary project was born from the idea of enhancing the sporting potential of women in the Cuneo area. Besides the Skatch Boves, the Municipality and the library of Boves, the Municipality and the library of Chiusa di Pesio work in synergy on this project. The project has the ambition to create a communication bridge between Sport and Art. Sport and Art are the result of the same sublimation but with a different language. It will come? placed an emphasis on Sport and Female Art through a dense series of evenings dedicated to these themes.
