The 2022 European Basketball Championships are underway, the blue match calendar and where to see them

Everything is ready for the FIBA EuroBasket 2022the men’s European championship of basketball, scheduled from 1st to 18th September. It will be the 41st edition, in itinerant mode in 5 cities (Colonia, Prague, Tbilisi e Milano for the first phase, e Berlin for the final phase), 24 national teams, divided into 4 groups of 6 teams each. First phase scheduled from 1 to 8 September, followed by the direct elimination, with the round of 16 (10 and 11 September) with the first four classified in each group, the quarter-finals (13 and 14 September) , the semifinals (September 16) and the finals from fourth to first place (September 18). The last edition, held in 2017, saw Slovenia triumph.

Where to see the European on TV

The event will be broadcast live on Sky and streamed on NOW. In the first phase, three matches a day (including all matches from Italy) will be broadcast live on Sky and streaming on NOW, with live pre and post match studies from the Assago Forum. Sky Sport Arena will be the reference channel, with in-depth windows on Sky Sport 24, on the skysport.it website and on the official Sky Sport social accounts (#SkyEuroBasket). In the second phase, from 10 September, Sky will broadcast all the matches from the round of 16 to the final, with commentary and live studies from Berlin.

The group of Italy

The Italian national team, involved in the Group C con Croatia, Great Britain, Ukraine ed Estonia, will debut on the parquet of the Forum on 2 September, against the Estonians. The Azzurri will then face Greece on the 3rd, Ukraine on the 5th, Croatia on the 6th and Great Britain on the 8th. Duo ball again at 9 pm, live on Sky Sport Arena and streaming on NOW.
