This weekend José Gashp left us. “Josecito” for friends, was a pivot of Club Atlético Argentino who shone from the end of the ’60s to the ’70s, in a very important stage for the entity and growth in local basketball itself.
He played under the orders of Beto Vignolo, and was a teammate of the Biurrun, Derval Lázzari, Canoa Spacapán, Scala, Julio Dell’Orso, Manolo Viaño, among others. He was 76 years old.
