Indeed, by sharing a story from a Eurosport post on his Instagram account where you have to choose the player who will win the last Grand Slam of the season, the Australian has chosen the young Spanish prodigy Carlos Alcaraz.
The latter, quarter-finalist in 2021 when he was still a simple revelation, had to finally give up against Félix Auger-Aliassime due to a thigh injury.
This Thursday, in the draw for the men’s draw for the 2022 edition of the US Open, Carlos Alcaraz will be the number three seed, just behind Daniil Medvedev, the defending champion, and Rafael Nadal, the man with the 22 Grand Slams.
