The municipality of Ozoir-la-Ferrière has always sought to democratize the practice of sport. Since November 2021, it has even officially joined the “Terre de Jeux 2024” community. A way for the Seine-et-Marnaise municipality (20,532 inhabitants), which has a large number of associations and sports clubs, to promote sport through this global event.
In the same spirit, Ozoir has also become a fan of the “Bouge” digital application. This digital mapping service brings together all of a city’s sports offer (public and private) and makes it available to residents. The latter can thus be put in contact with the various actors and structures of the sport (clubs, coaches, equipment) which surround them. The mission of “Bouge” is obviously to encourage the practice of sport and to make it a daily habit for many citizens. Football, basketball, volleyball, yoga, tennis, table tennis, boxing, swimming, judo, dance, fitness, horse riding, climbing, hiking, as well as sporting events and disabled sports. A digital forum
On its own, “Bouge” is a kind of forum for sports associations, digital and permanent, an ideal complement to the traditional gatherings of associative structures at the start of the school year in September. A service that is all the more useful as practices, whether sporting, cultural or social, are changing rapidly (autonomy, flexibility, ease of use, etc.). Users now expect a smooth and fast user experience from public services. Because if most municipalities have taken the digital turn, information concerning the sports offer and practice (opening hours, access to public facilities, etc.) often remains fragmented and not necessarily accessible.
“Bouge” therefore allows residents to save time and put forward a clear and effective public sports policy. Indeed, this application can be integrated directly on the website of a municipality, thus providing up-to-date information throughout the year. And now get moving!
