Cristiano Ronaldo charged with inappropriate behavior five months after cell phone case

On April 9, after the 1-0 defeat against the Toffees, candidates for relegation, the Portuguese could not hide his frustration especially as Manchester United made a bad deal in the context of the fight for the Champions League. Lonely at the forefront of the attack, Ronaldo had received numerous kicks, which had marked the lower part of his leg. As he left the pitch, Ronaldo snatched the mobile phone of a young Everton fan who was filming him.

The incident caused a stir on social media and Ronaldo also issued an apology a few hours later. Liverpool police then launched an investigation, but the Portugal international, meanwhile, walked away with a remonstrance.
