As the transfer market is not closed in Turkey, Galatasaray had plenty of time to negotiate with PSG on Friday to conclude the loan with an option to buy. And according to the Italian informant Rudy Galetti the agreement is now complete and the Argentine striker will arrive this Friday evening in Istanbul to engage with Galatasaray. It will therefore be a loan with an option to buy.
