An era in world tennis came to an end on Friday, with the retirement of Swiss tennis player Roger Federer, who chose an imposing mansion in his native country to spend his life after white sports.
The residence, which is the same from where he announced that his career had come to an end and which is located in the town of Wollerauhas all the luxuries and comforts that we can imagine, worthy of a champion of its category.
The house, which would be valued at close to $8 million dollars and is distributed over three floors, it has, thanks to its large windows, impressive views of the lake zurichso relaxation and tranquility are great protagonists.
Inside there is a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a television room, a cinema room, a gym, a game room, a laundry room, a garage, balconies, between other rooms.
Outside, on its 1.5-acre lot, it has a terrace, with extensive green areas, a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with two independent apartments for your visitors, with the inevitable tennis court, among other amenities.
Although Roger Federer is the happiest in the world for having built the house of his dreams on the shores of a lake, his dream was not well seen by environmentalists, who protested against its construction, accusing him of closing access to the lake and for considering that the ground on which it was erected had very high rates of contamination. Despite all the obstacles, the mansion was built in 2014.
