On Tuesday, September 13, the second judo training took place, for the resumption of the 2022-2023 season. The children happily returned to the tatami mats and performed the movements recommended by the facilitators, Amaury and Alric Limelette. This back-to-school session, like the previous one, is still synonymous with fun and the games have multiplied. They have, casually, helped to strengthen the cohesion of the group. The serious things are announced for next week, with the learning of the fights. Even if the judogis are not completely closed and if the obis do not yet benefit from an effective knot, the children are already involved in this sport, which some discover when others show them how to walk. to be continued.
Judo lessons at the Chamouilley sports complex dojo take place on Tuesdays, from 6:45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. (5 to 7 years old) and from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (8 years and over). Friday, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., it’s jiu-jitsu fighting (from 13 years old) and Saturday, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. self-defense and fitness (from 13 years old).
