The City Council of Ronda has celebrated World Tourism Day with an extensive program of activities that have been carried out throughout the weekend in different parts of the city and where numerous locals and also visitors who have not wanted to miss the opportunity have been able to participate. to live experiences as unique as crossing the Tajo gorge on a zip line or crossing the central arch of the New Bridge on a Tibetan bridge.

The municipal Tourism delegation began the events last Thursday with the grand award ceremony for the ‘Puente del Turismo 2022’ awards and has continued with a program that has included adventure sports for adults and also for children with a small zip line and shooting with an arch in the Murallas del Carmen, the possibility of crossing the Tajo gorge with the zip line located between the Jardines de Cuenca and the Mirador de Aldehuela, a captive balloon in the Molinos del Tajo area that has risen up to ten meters from the ground or the Tibetan bridge that has allowed the central arch of the New Bridge to be crossed from one end to the other.

Added to all this are other events that have had a great response from the public, such as the concert by the Band of Bugles and Drums of the Tres Caídas de Sevilla that filled the Blas Infante auditorium on Saturday afternoon or the Vi concentration of Vespas and Lambrettas that brings together today in Ronda 150 of these peculiar vehicles from all over Andalusia.
