Which centers participated?
The 2022 edition had the participation of several Centers. Among them are Nace una Estrella, Jacarandá, 9 de Abril and the group Tejeros de la Plaza, from Villa Hipódromo. It should be noted that this year members of the Eterna Juventud Retiree Center and CAPeM joined. This evidences the growth of the practice of games in the department. Likewise, players and independent groups were included in the call for their participation in the departmental instance.
The disciplines to which players were presented were several. Tejo (female, mixed and male), sapo (male and female), mixed chess, male table tennis and paddle tennis (female and male). Also mixed orientation, mixed trick and Newcom (mixed adapted volleyball).
Another novelty was that among the venues where the finals were played, the Activities Center for the Elderly (CAPeM) played an important role. In that place the finals of yew, toad and chess were brought together.
This municipal unit usually functions as a training and practice center for these disciplines. Table tennis is also played and it houses the Games coordination.
On the other hand, the paddle tennis finals were played at the facilities of the Juan Agustín Maza University.
