Tennis player Petra Kvitová is looking forward to the party. Her coach and life partner Jiří Vaněk recently romantically proposed to her. It will be the first wedding for the charming blonde, so big preparations can be expected.
The two-time Wimbledon champion is now shining at the tournament in New York. Petra swept her opponent uncompromisingly in the first match. Maybe her engagement ring, which she has been playing with since the engagement, brought her luck.
He doesn’t take off the ring
Petra was surprised by Vaňko’s statement, as she revealed to Blesk. “He surprised me, but I didn’t hesitate to answer,” she added. No wonder she hasn’t taken the engagement ring off her hand yet. “I still wear it. I even play with him,” he admits enthusiastically. Even though her tennis season is in full swing, she can’t help thinking about the wedding. “We would like the wedding within a year,” she revealed. “Like every other girl, I’m looking forward to wearing a dress for the bride,” she says.
In the summer, the tennis player showed up in an ethereal white dress at the International Film Festival in Karlovy Vary. It must be said that the color white really suited her. A beautiful dress from Beata Rajská’s workshop could thus inspire the tennis player to choose a dress for D-day. She would certainly not go wrong with such a choice.
Will there be a baby?
Marriage is usually followed by the birth of a baby. Jiří already has two children, the tennis player is still childless. It could thus be expected that after the end of the season, the tennis player will end or interrupt her career and devote herself to motherhood. Her tennis colleagues Barbora Strýcová, Lucie Šafářová and Andrea Sestini Hlaváčková are already happy mothers. Who knows? Maybe she’s already carrying the baby under her heart and just hiding it. However, we will not know that.
