The Federer saga series (3/4): Nadal and Djokovic, formidable rivals who jostled him

In his years of unchallenged dominance, Roger Federer has lost three Grand Slam finals. The three at Roland-Garros (2006, 2007, 2008), at the hands of one man, Rafael Nadal of course. But these reverses are so specific (a rival, a tournament, a surface) that they seem an incongruity and do not call into question the superiority of the Maestro. Number 2 on clay, the Swiss remains number 1 everywhere else. No one disputes the assertion. Two other lost finals will clearly blur this impression. For the first time, the statue of the Commander is shaken. Federer is no longer alone in the world.
