The IV Junior Basketball Tournament “Pascual Chulià Memorial”, gave the initial honk yesterday Thursday with the debut of the local team, Nou Básquet Torrent, who faced Joventut de Badalona, in a match played at the Pabellón el Vedat, where also Gran Canaria and Alba de Berlín faced each other.
This Friday, the tournament continues with eight more matches, belonging to the group stage, which will end on Saturday morning and will be played in the El Vedat and El Toll pavilions. That same semifinals will be played at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and on Sunday, starting at 12:00 p.m., the long-awaited final will be held in the El Vedat pavilion.
The City Council, through the FDM, and the NBT offer live broadcasts of the tournament matches on their Facebook and YouTube pages so that basketball fans can enjoy the promises of this passionate sport.
