The men’s team debuts in the pre-Pan American

The Argentine team with a youth squad will seek in Chile to qualify for the continental competition that will be held next year in Santiago de Chile.

The national team will debut in the contest that will be held at the same venue as the 2023 Pan American Games. The start will be against Venezuela and it can be seen on www.voleysur.org.

The Argentine team will play against Venezuela, Colombia, Chile and Peru from today until Thursday and will rest tomorrow. The first two in the general table will qualify for the final while the third and fourth will play for bronze.

Tickets for the Pan American will be 2. Although Chile is out of the dispute despite playing the contest since it is classified as organizer.

The team is led by Pablo Rico and played two friendlies against the locals in the Chilean city of Punta Arena, which left a balance of one victory per side.

Within the Argentine roster, the presence of Manuel Armoa Morel, Luciano Vicentin and Joaquín Gallego stands out, who had their debut with the senior team in the last VNL.

While the novelty is the loss of Rodrigo Soria due to injury who left his place to Agustín Gallardo.
