A real educational sport, judo allows everyone to become more skilful, more flexible, stronger, but also to learn to respect the rules, discover mutual aid, assess their strengths and weaknesses in order to progress.
This sport for all, which provides a real balance, is offered at the Bortois plateau club on two sites: the Bort-les-Orgues dojo and the Saint-Julien gymnasium (Sarroux-Saint-Julien).
Open to everyone from 3 and a half years old, from beginner to advanced, lessons are taught by Sébastien Fonmartin, black belt 4 e dan and state graduate in judo, jujitsu, taiso, sports development specialty.
