The San Saturio Golf Trophy returns

The facilities of the Soria Golf Club will be the scene, on Saturday October 8, of a new edition of the San Saturio Trophy.

It will be, specifically, the 29th edition of a tournament that is already a tradition and is organized by the club itself and by the Soria City Council.

This is the oldest golf tournament in the province of Soria and one of the longest in terms of the activity program of the capital’s festivities.

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the San Saturio Trophy had to be paralyzed in 2020 and 2021, which is why it returns to the Soria sports scene with more strength and enthusiasm than ever.

The organization has arranged a single category for ladies and two for gentlemen: the First, up to handicap 15, and the Second, from handicap 15.

There will be trophies for the first and second classified of the two categories of gentlemen and of the unique category of ladies, as well as for the scratch champions and for the winner of the best drive and approach.

The San Saturio Trophy It will be played under the 18-hole Stableford Individual modality, starting at 10:00 a.m.
