The “World Judo Day” – Inclusion

Published in Association News Inclusion

This year’s theme is Inclusion – Uniting the Judo Family Worldwide.

This day is taken as an opportunity to celebrate the sport of judo and its values under a specific motto. The date of birth, according to the Gregorian calendar system, October 28, of the founder of judo Jigorō Kanō (*1860 – † 1938) has been dedicated to a certain motto for over 10 years.

On this occasion, the Bavarian ID judoka are taking part in an international tournament in Hallein/Austria and are thus preparing for the DVMM on November 19th, 2022 in Wiesbaden. In the new Mix-TEAM mode, the teams from the regional associations will battle it out for the champion.
