Who are the favourites?
The No. 1 seed is Ub’s team. The Serbs have brought their A-Team to Paris, whose almost perfect chemistry suggests that they have been playing together for years. Its main rival is another Serbian team, Liman, seeded No. 2 and reigning World Tour champion. The No. 3 seed is Vienna although the Austrians are without Filip Kramer.
The player to watch closely?
Serbian Strahinja Stojacic aka Doctor Strange is number one this season in points, assists, player value, triple-fives.
The French to follow closely?
He’s only 24 and new to the professional circuit, but Paul Djoko played like a veteran on his dazzling World Tour debut in Utrecht, where he was the highlight of the show. He will certainly be a fan favorite in Paris.
The FIBA 3×3 World Tour Grand Final will take place in Abu Dhabi on December 9-10, 2022. The total prize money for the season is two million dollars.
