Facing her elderly grandfather, Zhang Yawen’s idea of continuing to work in Shanghai was shaken by the family affection that emerged from the bottom of her heart. With the development of the company and the adjustment of personnel, Zhang Yawen and some colleagues have some differences in the work philosophy. In November of that year, Zhang Yawen resigned resolutely and returned to Shijiazhuang.
“I believe that I can still do well after returning home!” Zhang Yawen, who has strong self-confidence, joined Shijiazhuang Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. after the Spring Festival in 2019. Because of the experience of interning in the financial company of IBM headquarters, Zhang Yawen started a new life course in the company’s investment and financing department. In the new position, Zhang Yawen, who is willing to endure hardships, has no discomfort, and soon showed excellent event planning, execution and team management skills.
“I am a relatively straightforward person. I ask and learn when I don’t understand. Young people should keep learning.” Zhang Yawen’s evaluation of herself is very objective. The combination of vision, execution and coordination, to do things the best. Because of this, after the establishment of Shijiazhuang Tourism Investment Group, in October 2021, Zhang Yawen became the director of the operation department of the Group Sports Culture Industry Development Co., Ltd. The burden on her shoulders is heavier, but Zhang Yawen is happier because she is back in her favorite sports culture business. In her words, “When I start my job, I am full of energy every day!”
