Enmanuel Muñoz advances to the 2nd round tennis Mangú J4 Cup

SANTO DOMINGO.- Once again, the youthful Enmanuel Muñoz advanced to the second round in a J4 tournament, this time the Mangú Santo Domingo Cup, which began this Monday with the main draw, in a tournament that is played at the Parque del Este National Tennis Center, with players from 20 countries around the world.

Muñoz beat American Lev Seidman 6-3 6-3 on Monday.

The Creole plays this Tuesday in doubles, like four other Dominicans, starting at 10 in the morning.

The Mangú Cup has the support of the Ministry of Tourism, Banco Popular, Transporte Sheila, Ekatex, Plásticos Viñals, El Nuevo Diario, Wilson, Creso, D’Oficinas and Vilas Tennis Academy.

The tournament is under the supervision of Julio Cavero by the ITF. Sergio Tobal, vice president of Fedotenis is the general director, assisted by Francisco De los Santos, head of the national referees.

The Mangú Cup awards 60 points for the singles champions and 45 for the doubles winners.
