The blue Christian Parlati won the silver medal at the Judo World Championships, taking place in Tashkent, beaten in the final of the category up to 90kg by the Uzbek Davlat Bobonov, n.3 in the world ranking. For the Neapolitan 24ebbe this is the first world medal after the gold at the junior level won in 2018, but in the category up to 81 kg. The athlete of the Fiamme Oro pays the three shido in the final and Bobonov wins his first world title. Italy misses the assault on the men’s gold but can still celebrate the second medal of these World Championships after the bronze of Assunta Scutto in the 48 kg.
