Napoli & Apple, ADL’s dream: does Serie A land on the apple?

It was no coincidence the meeting a few days ago between Aurelio De Laurentiis and Tim Cookmanaging director of Apple awarded at the end of September an honorary degree from the Federico II University, which has for years now opened a privileged channel with the American giant given the presence of the Apple Academy in the new university center of San Giovanni.

According to Calcio & Finanza, the blue patron is cultivating the dream of creating a synergy between Serie A and the Cupertino giant: the project is to link Apple TV in Italy to Serie A rights to export Italian football to the world, after that in recent months Apple has opened up to sport, signing $ 4.2 billion deals for 7 years with Major League Baseball (MLB) and by 2.5 billion for 10 years with the Major League Soccer (where the Italians also play Insigne, Criscito and Bernardeschi). The project will be discussed in the Assembly on 21 October.
