Indeed, the composition of the board is now as follows: president, Marc Grousselle; vice-president, Patrice Emery; treasurer, Jean-Luc Germanaud; secretary, Charlotte Gonzales. Georges Comeyne and Mélanie Favaud complete the office as members. To date, the Judo Club of Semussac has crossed the bar of 100 licensees, an increase of 35% compared to last season.

On the judo side, after the recovery which went smoothly with back-to-school courses (judo, picnic games, outing), the new season is off to a strong start with coach Nathalie Comeyne. On the new side, the Judo Club Semussacais offers taïso classes, meaning “preparation of the body” in Japanese. It is about a maintenance gymnastics allowing to increase its physical potential. The courses given are mixed and take place in an excellent atmosphere.

In terms of competitions, they have started for the cadets and the minors with already very good results. In the minimal autumn cup, Emie Liget ranks 2e and Lucas Comey 3e. In the cadet category, at the Rochefort label B tournament, Manon Comeyne finished 5e and Léane Charrier 7e. In the cadet category, at the Bressuire tournament (79) as well as at the Ploemel label A tournament, Manon Comeyne finished first. Finally, during the color belts in Lormont, Adèle Emery ranks 3e and Eliott Comeyne finishes 3e also.
