During the meeting where the Jury of the Ceuta Sports Gala has decided who will be the winners of the twelve different prizes that will be awarded next Thursday, December 1 at 8:30 p.m. at the Teatro del RavelinIt has also been announced who will be the guests who will be present at this event, where athletes or people related to sports are recognized in 2021.
Finally, there will be six guests to be present at this 2022 Sports Gala, organized by the Instituto Ceutí de Deportes.
Among those names is Carolina Marín Martín, Olympic champion of badminton in 2016; three times world champion in the years 2014, 2015 and 2018; and six times European champion in the years 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022.
Who also has not hesitated to attend the appointment is the athletespecialized in 400 meters, Gen Esteban San Millán.
Three will also be present canoeists outstanding such as: Pedro Vázquez, champion of Spain in absolute category in K1 1,000 meters; Iñigo Peña Arriola, runner-up in Spain 2022 in K1 in 500 meters; and Francisco Cubelos, champion of Spain in K1 in 1,000 meters and 500 meters.
And finally, the presence of Javier Herranz, Olympic canoeist and president of the Spanish Canoeing Federation, was also confirmed.
Those six athletes will be the special guests of this 2022 Sports Gala.
A gala, which, as in other previous editions, wants to reward those who have excelled in sport or who during that same year or during their lives have been outstanding people in this world.
Once again, the Instituto Ceutí de Deportes will award these long-awaited prizes in an event that, in addition to excitement, will be full of surprises and novelties.
After a couple of years, these awards that praise all those related to sports in our city can be recovered again.
