The ADB Hellín Júnior achieved, in a very convincing way, the second consecutive victory coinciding with their visit to the UCA stadium in Albacete, in a derby in which the desire and enthusiasm of a renewed and young Hellinero team was revealed.
The truth is that Daniel Fernández’s team, after their comfortable victory a week before against Quintanar del Rey, once again exhibited a high level against a team that, also in their debut, won by far at Iniesta.
The azulones put on a great ensemble performance, led by Diego Martínez Faura, Álvaro and Rafa Romero, players who are already playing with the first team, in addition to an immeasurable Diego Navarro, for which they were able to endorse a partial 0 – 18. The locals’ initial basket and just three free throws from Albacete placed the score at 5-19 at the end of the first quarter.
