The WTA has already presented the format that the WTA calendar will have in 2023, at least until the US Open. The WTA circuit will celebrate its 50th anniversary and as it usually happens, it celebrates its first events in Australia.

The classic start in Oceania
The season will begin with the first edition of the interesting United Cupwhich coincides in the first week of the year with Adelaide and the long-awaited return of Auckland. A few days later there will be action again in Adelaide and also in Hobart. The Australian Open or Australian Open It will be played between January 15 and 28, with the women’s final being played on that date.
New events on the calendar
