Patrick Miller: “We have to find our focus again. Games like the one against Braunschweig shouldn’t happen to us often. Like them, the Munich team will play very physically. Coming off a big loss from the last BBL game, they’ll surely want to show they can do better. It’s a special duel, not only for us, but above all for our fans. I’m looking forward to a sold-out venue and I promise that we’ll do everything we can to make Freak City proud in the end.”
After the game against Munich, Brose is twice challenged away. In the FIBA Europe Cup, the first second leg of the second group phase is scheduled for next Wednesday at Oradea. In the BBL, Bamberg will then travel to Ulm for the end of the preliminary round. Oren Amiel’s men host Keravnos BC’s Cypriots in their next home game (Wednesday 1 February).
