Football Talks 2022, a reflection forum organized by the FPF and scheduled for the next 5th and 6th of September, will not be confined to Cidade do Futebol, as initially planned. In view of the interest shown – registrations were quickly sold out -, the FPF invited the 22 District and Regional Football Associations to receive the forum in their spaces. Thus, all interventions, lectures and debates will be shared live in the auditoriums defined by each ADR where any participant can watch and even intervene in the discussion.
Football Talks 2022 starts on Monday, September 5, with the opening session (10:30 am) with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Ana Catarina Mendes, the President of the FPF, Fernando Gomes, and the UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain and Qatari businessman, CEO of the QSI Investment Fund, will give the event’s first lecture under the theme “The Future of Football”.
Luís Figo, Nadine Kessler, Michele Uva, Mónica Ferro, Carlos Moedas, Isaltino Morais, José Manuel Constantino, Paulo Frischknecht, among many others, are among the speakers at Football Talks 2022.
In this forum, topics related to the five strategic pillars identified in the Football Plan 2030 of the FPF will be discussed: Childhood and Growth, Football for All, Quality of the Game, Involvement, Ecosystem Sustainability.
